personally identifiable information ("PII") we obtain
from and about individuals both online and
off-line.
From time to time The Croissant may revise this Privacy Policy
to reflect changes in the law, our PII collection and use practices,
the features of our web site, technology or industry initiatives.
If we make revisions that change the way we collect your PII,
those changes will be posted in this Privacy Policy and the effective
date will be noted at the beginning of the Policy. Therefore,

on our most current policies and practices. If The Croissant

IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION ("PII") BY THE CROISSANT
General. The Croissant collects personally identifiable
information ("PII"--that is, information such as your
full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number)
when you voluntarily submit the information to us in order to
subscribe to The Croissant
Cookies. Cookies are small bits of information that the
Internet site operated by The Croissant places on the hard drive
of your computer. Cookies remember information about your activities
on our site and enable The Croissant to make your visits to our
site more enjoyable. For example, cookies can store your password
for easy logon to our site on a subsequent visit or can save

does not contain PII.
